  • SHIPPING

    We currently ship within the contiguous United States and to select international destinations.

    Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Estimated delivery times shown at checkout do not include processing or production time for made-to-order pieces.

    For international orders, shipping charges do not include customs duties, import taxes, tariffs, brokerage fees, or other charges that may be imposed by the destination country. These charges, if applicable, are the responsibility of the customer.

    Trade and wholesale orders are not eligible for free shipping.

    ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

    Sometimes things change. We get it.

    To request a change to your order, including an update to your shipping address, please contact us at hello@flowingshine.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that changes can be made once an order has entered processing or has shipped.

    Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, orders may only be cancelled for a full refund within 24 hours of being placed.

    RETURNS

    Made-to-order objects are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

    Ready-to-ship objects may be returned. Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving your order.

    Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original condition and packaging. Please include the original packing slip with your return.

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

    Refunds will only be issued for items that arrive back at our studio unused and undamaged. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

    To start a return, please contact us at hello@flowingshine.com within 7 days of delivery for return instructions. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

    DAMAGED OR MISSING ITEMS

    We carefully inspect and package every order before it leaves our studio. If your order arrives damaged or an item is missing, please contact us at hello@flowingshine.com within 7 days of confirmed delivery.

    For damaged-item claims, please include photos of the product, its packaging, the shipping box, and the shipping label. Keep the damaged item and all original packaging until we have reviewed your request, as they may be required for a carrier claim.

    Claims submitted more than 7 days after confirmed delivery may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

    LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

    If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact us with your order number. We will do our best to assist you and work with the shipping carrier to locate the package.

    Flowing Shine is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after the carrier has confirmed delivery to the shipping address provided with the order.

    If you believe a delivered package has been lost or stolen, please contact the shipping carrier and notify us as soon as possible.

    REFUNDS

    Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

    Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable.

    Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account after it has been processed. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
